About the Artist
Libby is a painter and printmaker. She trained in textile design at Scottish College of Textiles. Her work ranges from abstracts and seascapes to views of Stirling Castle. Favourite mediums are acrylic, watercolours, pen and wash.
Libby has exhibited and sold her work in Central Scotland over a number of years.
Exhibitions include the Compass Gallery, Glasgow, mixed exhibition; Tolbooth, Stirling; Lillie Gallery, Milngavie; Royal Scottish Society of Painters in Watercolour, Methven Gallery;
Paisley Art Gallery and Museum; The Smith and The MacRobert in Stirling.
Libby is a member of Gossip Collective. Her work is presently on display at Gossip's Gallery in the Thistle Centre, Stirling.
Libby tutors individual and group classes on painting and gelatine mono printing, helping others to be involved in creative art and gain new skills. Please contact her for details.
