2024 Announcement

It is after much reflection, Avril and Rosy have reached the decision to conclude producing the annual Forth Valley Art Beat event. No event is therefore planned for 2024. We are aware how disappointing this news may be for artists who have consistently been involved in the programme and put so much energy into making the event a success each year. After working together for 12 years in creating the programme, and with us each pursuing other full time ventures, we feel it is the right time to bring to a close our involvement in delivering the event.

We would love to see a new group enthusiastic to take the event forward running an open studios style event for the Forth Valley and hope there are individuals, artists or organisations keen to do so, perhaps from 2025.

The last 12 years has been an immensely rewarding process working with all artists and we look forward to seeing what develops in terms of an event that can celebrate the rich variety of artists and artistic practices happening across the Forth Valley.

2023 Programme now announced

We are delighted to present the 2023 Forth Valley Art Beat showcasing the work of 58 different studios, artist collectives, and creative organisations. Full details of all the locations can now be found at our website.

Venues are open from Sat 10th to Sun 18th June celebrating a rich array of work across the Forth Valley. Please visit individual artist pages for details of opening times.
