‘Crafting table’ making your own designer tote with Staci Rowlison
Sat 17th June, 6-8pm

Enjoy an engaging photo tour of the public art treasures of Stirling with ‘Picture the Possible’ photographer, Janie Meikle Bland.

Open to all levels, Janie will be your guide for this two-hour summers evening event. This is a great opportunity for locals and those from farther afield to learn about the artistic side of Stirlings’ civic heritage while at the same time adding to your own portfolio, with Janie’s expertise on hand to help guide you.

The evening will fi nish with a complimentary glass of wine at Made In Stirling with a sharing session and special prize for best picture: The lucky winner will have the chance to have their work exhibited in Made In Stirling.

Local illustrator and designer Staci Rowlison is to host the second exciting experience at Made In Stirling during the Art Beat Week with an opportunity to work with one of our favourite artists. Stacis’ graphic designs have been sought out by clients such as T in the Park, Visit Scotland and 442 Design. Open to all who have a keen interest in illustration, Staci will head up our Made in Stirling ‘crafting table’ for this two hour event. She will help you with her ‘superlectric’ skills turning one of your favourite photos into a ready-made graphic. This creative social session will allow you to choose your own theme, a favourite person or animal? And then transfer that idea onto your own take away designer tote!

This will also be a very rare opportunity to quiz Staci on all things graphic, illustration tips and printmaking techniques, over a glass of wine and nibbles.
